Did not work in latest macOS (10.13.2)

在最新的 macOS 系统中，没法通过 im-select 命令来切换输入法。

在 10.14 上似乎又失效了，不过发现了一个这个 https://github.com/daipeihust/im-select

不过把二进制文件替换之后还是没办法切换。

@hiberabyss 这个文档让我有点懵。 在安装完 fcitx-remote-for-osx 之后（用brew install fcitx-remote-for-osx），装上 fcitx-vim-osx 就可以了吗？ fcitx-remote -t 这个命令一直 suspended 。

edit: 需要改系统快捷键。没事了。
