Segmentation fault upon launch in MacOS Big Sur

Everything compiled and installed successfully following the instructions, but feedforward crashes upon launch in MacOS.

Are there any error messages? Does changing into the src folder and doing runhaskell Main work?

same issue here. no error messages in err.txt but super dirt says "too many users" using the runhaskell Main inside src approach works though
