Dashboard dimension selector is not reactive to removing widgets

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://yavin-dev.github.io/framework/#/dashboards/1/view
  2. Expand the dashboard filters (to render the dimension selector)
  3. Delete the widget
  4. Save the dashboard
  5. Dashboard dimension selector still shows the dimensions

Expected behavior Empty list
