Custom server port is ignored in URL passed to mpv

Current Behavior

When a custom location is used with a non-standard port and proxy video is enabled, the URL that gets passed to mpv for playback lops off the port.

For example, if the location was https://example.org:8888, the logs indicate mpv will attempt to open https://example.org/videoplayback?... in proxy mode.

When proxy mode is turned off, video streams from YT without issue.

Expected Behavior

The full location URL should be used, including the custom port if specified.
