Segmentation fault

hi， I am using the Usher and ripples to analyze my own dataset.

I have prepared the vcf file and generate the pb file. But when I ran :

ripples -i PRRSV2.pb -s user_samples.txt -d USER_SAMPLES/

It stopped as :

“Loading input MAT file PRRSV2.pb. Segmentation fault”

Could any one help me to fixed it ?
