Add `Pango lineage assigned by Usher` etc as colorings/metadata also for uploaded samples

It would really help navigate Usher Auspice trees if Pango lineage assigned by Usher was annotated on uploaded samples as well.

I think this shouldn't be too hard given you display this information in the table view already. It would help understand what the samples are immediately when one filters to uploaded samples only.

Right now, when I filter to uploaded samples the Pango lineage coloring becomes useless as it simply says "uploaded samples".

Yeah, you're right as usual. 😄

@russcd this would make it possible for the default view of a subtree to be this instead of the current default. And the downsampled global tree could look like this instead of current. What do you think?

OK, this is on the test server. (It came just after the release cutoff so while the performance improvements should be on the main site later today, these changes will take another 3 or 4 weeks.) I changed the default view to color by 'Pango lineage assigned by UShER' and filter by 'Sample type'='uploaded sample'.

Very cool! I always use dev.usher.bio anyways so don't mind if it's released or not ;)
