`UNKNOWN_ORDER` error msg

Every time it hits the profit goal (in this case 0.8%) it executes a buy, fails, and cancels.

I am running master with a few tweaks to the print output, but nothing else.

i got a same issue.

i get same issue when a buy order is not filled and then cancelled.
