Insufficient permissions for this activity group - Blocks All Packs

There is an error where one of the packs in the database gives Insufficient permissions for this activity group when it gets reached in the download all packs option. However, because the script doesn't provide a "Starting Title..." or anything I can't create a directory to force it to skip or grab the URL to add it to the skip url lists or anything. I'm not sure what it's getting caught up on.
