This is a WIP, un-tested and also my first PR.

  • [x] add qbittorent max file count
    • [x] TODO check if not uploading as zip.
    • [x] check if uploading to telegram (not rclone) as this is telegram specific file count limit.
  • [ ] DDL extracting (Aria2)
  • [ ] MegaController
  • [ ] Add to readme.
