Request for Tensorflow 2.3.0, CPU, without AVX, Python 3.8, Linux x86_64, no GPU

Did you try https://github.com/yaroslavvb/tensorflow-community-wheels/issues/180? Do you exactly need 2.3.0? Then you could take a look at the links in the column All Builds from https://github.com/yaroslavvb/tensorflow-community-wheels/issues/180. There are also 2.3.0 builds available.

I'm using Spleeter , and it only supports tensorflow 2.3.0. I have tried 2.3.2, but it didn't work.

Which CPU do you use? Depending on that, i hope there is a fitting build here.
