Implement console login screen similar to XCP-Ng

XCP-Ng has this nice console login screen, that I would like to "borrow real quick":

Jokes aside, it would be nice to implement something similar, and introduce a couple of improvements and new features:

• root login using PIN code (6 chars long maybe?), just in case you lose remote access to the system
• login screen will lock itself if you enter the wrong PIN 10 times in a row (at that point, only single user mode will help)
• it will display a basic information about the uptime, number of running VMs, resource usage, etc
• it will make Hoster more recognisable in the long run
