[BUG]: Lrc files are empty for non english lyrics/title

Describe the bug

1. set save timed lyrics to true
2. try downloading a song which has non english characters in lyrics/title/artist name etc
3. tidal-dl tried to dowload the lyrics but ends up printing an empty file

For anyone viewing this, I managed to get around this using docker. Originally I was using tidal-dl via windows, but had this bug, but tried again while using rgnet's web gui for tidal-dl, and it didnt encounter this, which may make it a windows specific bug.
