Alignment problem for CJK characters.

Hi,

Thanks for the great work! However, the alignment samed to be not that good for CJK characters, even if I set { fullUnicode:true } for blessed, maybe wcwidth.js will help ? alignment

BTW, columnify use wcwidth.js and it works well for CJK characters: columnify
