Recyclerview scrolling doesn't work inside Discrete Scroll View

I have a horizontal recyclerview inside the discrete scroll view. Whenever I try to scroll the recyclerview, it doesn't scroll instead the discrete scroll view scrolls. Is it possible to disable scrolling on touch of the discrete scroll view? Sorry for my bad english.
