yarn add done but report always "info There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying..."

When i add a package like vue, the package is added in a few seconds:

but the add process is not finished, it still does some thing and report "info There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying...".

Can someone tell me why?
