[Feature] Support Catalogs in Resolutions

Describe the user story

I sometimes need to use yarn resolutions to override the version of a package another package uses. These often align with the version of packages I'm using elsewhere in my workspace/repo.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd be nice if I could use a catalog specifier to have these align.

(https://yarnpkg.com/features/catalogs#supported-fields doesn't state that this is supported)

It also looks like pnpm supports this? https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/issues/7072

Encountering the same issue, hope the resolutions can support catalog:
