Improve Reliability of E2E Tests

Description

While there are many E2E tests in Yarn, quite a few are consistently failing due to factors unrelated to Yarn updates, such as outdated setup configurations. It's a pity that, despite having so many tests available, their reliability has been affected. It might be beneficial to review and update each of these tests to improve their overall reliability.
