There is no button anymore on the settings window. I deleted also `settings.vicuna` without success. I use Windows 7 x64. s.a. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons_talk:Vicu%C3%B1aUploader#Settings_window_not_display So the tool is unusable.
