I get « Abusefilter-warning-otrs » error when trying to upload

When I try to upload a file to Commons, I get this error: « abusefilter-warning-otrs ». But it's weird because I was able to transfer one test image! Now, if I look at the log files, I don't see any error message that could give me more precision as to what the detail of the problem. What/where should I look? Regards, Antoine

I've pinpointed my problem: I was sending « {{PermissionOTRS|id=2019071810007699}} » instead of « {{subst:OR|id=2019071810007699|reason=processing}} »

Is it possible to have a better error handling on this issue?
