Chat improvements

Chat has two major problems right now.

  1. [ ] It has no formatting options, everything appears as plain text, and it's ugly. At a minimum, it should have the same appearance and functionality as nodebb-plugin-shoutbox. And it needs to be fully configurable.
  2. [ ] It only displays player messages. It doesn't show broadcasts of any type; player, minechat, or dynmap. (Mostly a MC plugin issue, but the NodeBB plugin does need to be able to handle theses possibly more complex chat objects.)
