[Widget] Vote List

List of sites where the user can vote for the server.

Complex addon, needs to have a configurable list of sites, with pre-defined and custom urls, difficult to do in the widget panel. Could possibly store values in a stringified array in a hidden input, gui pushes to input on changes. Pre-defined links set in ACP.
