after editing xml config and restarting server (because HUP didn't do anything to apply log level) the issue has gone, now xls pages works

Issue repeats again after I tried to login as admin. the message in log during opening page: `WARN xslt/xslt_client Taking too long to get /usr/local/share/icecast/admin/logs.xsl from cache`

I had this issue right after fresh installation on new server and it was also gone after I made process restart. So I can't reproduce this for now. steps: fresh...

On kh9 still the same. Average outgoing bitrate 25Mbps, and 200 listeners

Not always, as I request for status each second and it can be not monitored well, but spikes always on change. Metadata not long, maximum 90 symbols for trackname change

I checked with "bmon" network activity, there ia no spikes on network interfaces, so it just looks like icecast stats delay during metadata update

Limits only for number of listeners summary and per mount-point. Also were changed default values of queue-size and burst-size for some mount-point, such as ``` /play_256 220 2024000 262140 .......
