MISO Output error

Hello,

I recently did a run of MISO but I don't really get an output. It makes all the .miso files but the content shows no PSI values. I get an index error when I try to summarize which i assume is related.

Below are a batch log and an example .miso file.

I just used my own single end, STAR-aligned, indexed and sorted BAM file for input. with the hg19 GFF3 file provided by MISO for SE. I use Ensembl annotation for everything.

here is a .miso file btw.

it simply doesnt seem to generate any PSI values.
