Variable read length

Within a single data set. This seems to be needed for working with Trinity output files.

This is a bit more difficult, as we need to model the read-length distribution and the likelihood function will be a bit more difficult.

Hi yarden,

MISo has been crashing for me and I am not sure why. The sample data works. Is it because of different size read lengths when comparing for differential expression?

When using data with mixed read lengths, MISO suggests: "Please trim your reads to a uniform length and re-run or run MISO separately on each read length". If one were to run the program multiple times using different read lengths, how should the output of these different runs be merged and interpreted?
