Panelization - Layout alternating with offset

Description

When having weird shaped PCBs that need alternating rotations, sometimes it is useful to be able to provide offsets within the row/column.

Would it make sense to expose this as a parameter? I saw there are hevendiff and vevendiff but those seem to only act on the entire row/column as far as I can tell.
