[Steel Stencil] Option to generate the jig 3D Model

Description

I understand you need it once or a couple of times. But I think KiKit should have an option to generate the files. The models seems to be quite simple, but you force users to use Autodesk service, which isn't scriptable. In this way people that needs to create the jig for the first time gets all the information in just one place.
