Extend cutouts into space between PCBs

Description
If a PCB has a cutout on its edge, the cutout should extend into the space between the PCBs (backbone) and not end at the v-cut line.

Could you share the unpanelized design? I am wondering why is there a V-cut going through an internal cutout. If there was an external cutout, it shouldn't have a closing edge on the left.

Now I understand - therefore, this is a feature request for the full tab style. Other tab styles are not affected. This definitely makes sense and it is something I will consider implementing.
