Improve tab completion for the CLI

This will improve usability

A basic draft was implemented in 67d8f91b26cf110e26ec68ff04c678f7d7348c3b, however, it has many imperfections. Unfortunately, I am not sure if they can be easily fixed as we are reaching the limits of shell completion API.
