Remove "Known Issue" in README about KiCAD crashing

The script segfaults on exit - this is a bug in KiCAD (see issue)

It looks like that issue (https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues/6850) is closed now, and is presumably fixed. It can probably be removed here.
