[Suggestion] Permissions for use only (Not automatically having them)

Hi, I just spent AGES going through each of my ranks with LuckPerms adding different cosmetics to each of my ranks. I then restarted my server with the plugin installed and started to edit the config and realised that if cosmetic buying is enabled, then the user gets the permission on purchase, however, I have already set out the permissions so that each rank already has the cosmetics that they should only be allowed to use when earned. Because I added all of the permissions to each rank, is there any way that I could make it so that the player can purchase the cosmetic or get it from a mystery box and use it; only if they have the specified rank.

E.g. VIP has the permission for the zombie pet so they can earn it, buy it and use it but a member can only get it from a mystery box but they cannot buy it with in-game money or use it even if they got it from a mystery box.

Is this possible? Thanks
