we've just added support for `addImage` in streaming mode in [umongous/exceljs](https://github.com/umongous/exceljs) fork, not sure about pull requesting though, i was unable to get through pre-commit hooks

Also CEF binaries are system dependant and Mac OS X version has to be downloaded from CEF web-site and manually added to the repository. I didn't try new CEF builds...
