This PR adds support for prometheus format to check_status endpoint.

Does, or can, this somehow differentiate between backup and non-backup upstreams?

@jfreeland sorry, but this information doesn't exists in any structures that formatting function uses (same is true for other functions), so implementing that isn't as trivial.
