RC for develop branch?

I wonder how the develop branch is? I'm now getting a tarball at 4a048dfd9a and was wondering if there might be a release candidate any time soon? I don't mind getting at a SHA, but it would be nice were there something that is presumed to have a bit of stability.

Yes. The only problem is my time. I'm reviewing the code and may release it this or next month.
