how cue are calcualted ?

You have used CueNegativeDistribution_229.mat and CuePositiveDistribution_229.mat. How these files are created and if not created where they are available. it contains three variable in each file and therre dimension are 4781 X 1. This is bit difficult to understand...Please explain

Hi there is a function called CharacternessCue.m is missing in he repository . please add that as it will be helpful to understand how negative distribution are calculated.
