mServer.shutdown()后端口未释放，二次启动端口被占用

老板是有这个问题，是因为ip重用问题，最新版解决掉了的。你出问题是什么版本？是否有试过最新版本2.1.12？

@yanzhenjie 2.1.12 版本 webServer 启动，偶尔还是会出现 端口被占用问题。 webServer 可以在哪里配置端口重用呢？
