文件目录含有中文导致文件加载出错崩溃

文件目录含有中文时，直接崩溃；查看dump后发现LoadDict函数里的XCHECK报错，报错是因为文件不存在，这里的文件路径是传入的词典路径，打印这个路径发现乱码。
