make_gif showing results before face gan.

There is no data/source folder where video can be placed. In first point make source pictures.

Import os os.mkdir(data) os.mkdir(data/source) The above lines creates directories

Can this code run without ubuntu.

I ran through ubuntu only. Tools required are mensioned at environment Ubuntu 16.04 Python 3.6.5 Pytorch 0.4.1 OpenCV 3.4.4
