webgl sometimes crash in iphone

Hi,sometimes webgl crash when video start play, the screen show "Your graphics card does not seem to support webgl".Is there good solution to resovle it?

It is rarely appear.I needs check laster.And I have another question is the player play m3u8 file, android shows the picture much fast than iphone, why?iphone always needs loading 3 or more seconds then show the picture.

I found crash show way ! While loading the video under wifi , change wif to 4G ,then show this crash problem.
