Problem with CCControlSwitch

Hi, I tried integrating the switch to my own program. However I have a problem with the switch's sprite. The mask, on/off sprites and on/off label are not shown when i compile and run the codes. Cannot seem to figure out what is the error. Anyone can help me? Thanks a lot in advance.

@grandid Were you using cocos2d-iphone or cocos2d-x?

Yes. cocos2d-iphone. This is a screenshot of the program and my codes. The vibration switch is suppose to have the mask, on and off sprites/labels, but it is not shown.
