Landsat 9 updating

Thank you so much for your hard work. I would like if you are thinking of including the dataset id for the new Landsat 9 product in the code.

I think it's already supported. I searched "landsat_ot_c2-l2", and both landsat-8 and landsat-9 level-2 data were found.

@suffenjoy Yeah you are right! But the download is not available. landsatxplore.errors.EarthExplorerError: Download is not available

I tried for LC09_L2SP_005024_20221212_20221214_02_T1
