Fix Swift 2.2 deprecations

Apple deprecated some old Swift classes in Xcode 7.3 / Swift 2.2. Those classes will probably be removed in Swift 3 and iOS 10.

How can I apply this to my current code? I'm having all those issues as it is reported here: #42

For now, use github "MDG-Apps/SwiftPasscodeLock" "pr" in your Cartfile.
