Show + and - on list

Hi,

I was looking through API and How To, I didn't see how I can add a + or - UI element to the form. These elements are still important to people who are not well versed with drag and drop.

Is there an easy way to add them into the list boxes or this is a new feature request?

I was able to change the icons, but the when I drag and drop or click my icons don't update. I need to figure out where to add my changes...
