Respect reduce motion setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. fluent-reader does an small but full-pane animation whenever I go from one pane to another, such as from one message to another or one settings pane to another. Animations can make my eyes feel ill for up to half an hour after encountering them, probably not an association you would want me to have with your app.

Describe the solution you'd like If I have Reduce Motion turned on, don't do any cosmetic animations.

Describe alternatives you've considered Find a program that doesn't animate, or read RSS feeds in TextEdit.

Additional context Steps: In macOS:

  1. (In Sequoia) Apple Menu, System Settings, Accessibility, Display. (In Tahoe) Apple Menu, System Settings, Accessibility, Motion.
  2. Turn Reduce Motion on.

In fluent-reader

  1. Add one or more feeds to the app.
  2. Visit the first item in the feed.
  3. Click the right arrow to go to the next item in the feed.

Desired result: Next item displays without any animation. Actual result: Next item displays with a small slide-up animation.

fluent reader, as far as we can tell, isn't getting new updates or features as far as we can tell. However, we do have a community fork we are working on, if you'd like to contribute to it: https://github.com/FluentFlame/fluentflame-reader
