Fluent Reader can't import double-nested feeds from OPML (Thunderbird Import)

Describe the bug Fluent Reader cannot import RSS Feeds from any RSS reader that allows you to store RSS feeds in subfolders/sub categories. IE: Folder 1 > Folder 2 > RSS Feed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have an OPML Feed with outline structured like this:

Have Fluent Reader try to import feeds from the OPML.
But because they're double-nested, they can't be found.

Expected behavior Whether the RSS feed is 3rd level, 2nd level, or 1st level, Fluent Reader can find them.

OS: Windows 11
Version: Fluent Reader 1.1.4

Hi, given Fluent Reader's maintainers haven't made many changes in a few years, you may be interested in the community fork of https://github.com/FluentFlame/fluentflame-reader
