Describe the solution you'd like Add an welcome screen explaining the concept of the app and how to get the logins, URIs and tokens that need to be put in

Describe alternatives you've considered An easier, but less effective way would be to put setup documentation on the GitHub repo

Additional context What makes using this app more difficult compared to other readers is, that you have to log in to do anything, so its important to have a Clear setup guide
