Full-text view is blank when resuming the app

Describe the bug If I have an article open in full-text view and then reopen the application after doing other things for a bit (probably Android has suspended the app), the view is totally empty. I can "repopulate" it by switching to the summary or web view and then switching back.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any article in full-text view.
  2. Do other things on your phone for a while.
  3. Reopen Fluent Reader.

Expected behavior The full-text view should be as I left it.
