Update README.md to include a clear message about the LICENSE

I guess instead of this message, I should loosen the license a bit.

I think that would be a good idea! Because the license literally says "you cannot use this library for any reason unless you ask me for permission" currently. Any orgs that enforce license checks for 3rd-party libs will definitely skip using five-server.
