Could you please let your IgREC support Alpaca?

I believe your fantastic idea in IgRec could help me solve my NGS library building related problems, and your IgRec runs smoothly on my NGS results, which are generated from Alpaca. But as the default set of ORGANISM in your software is human, I believe the final results could be dubious.

I’m very longing for your opinion on this problem, and I wish you could add support to the Alpaca source. If you are busy, could you please tell me how to build an Alpaca annotation and germline in your code?
