BarcodedIgRec is not actually ready to use "out of the box"

1. The arg parser doesn't accept the --help option
2. Run-time compile is turned on by default, forcing use of the developer option -p
3. There is no way to specify alternate barcode lengths, nor any way to extract them directly from the sequence instead of the fastq header
