Changed YAML Test Matrix link to matrix.yaml.info

The YAML Test Matrix website moved from matrix.yaml.io to matrix.yaml.info as one can see here matrix.yaml.io.

This pull request updates the respective link to the new location to save users an additional click.

I noticed that and was working on it last weekend but the yaml.org build process has grown a few kinks to be addressed. Will fix asap.
